Metropolitan Ministries has a residential program for homeless (or at risk of homelessness) families and single adult women. We currently have 12 rooms for eleven families and one room for three adult single women. Our program provides case management and wraparound services to our residents in an effort to help them gain employment, save their income, to ultimately move into housing in the community.
Metropolitan Ministries is currently in the process of building 12 new rooms to become a 24 room program. The building will likely open in the summer (hopefully in August). If there are any families interested in the program, they can be given our flier to call me or come into our resource center to begin the process. The residential program operates off of a waiting list, and there are criteria for each family/individual.
