Family Message 8-6-20

This message is for families who have chosen the MySchool Online option to start the school year.  On August 18th we will have the following windows for families to come to the campus to pay your child’s fees, complete first day packet information and then pick up your child’s device for online learning.  If your last name is from A-L you will come between 8:45 and 11:30.  If your last name is from M-Z you will come between 1:00 and 3:30.  If your children have more than one last name and it falls within both windows you may choose one of the windows to complete the process.

Important information on the process: When you drive on campus the first day packet will be provided to you. You may choose to park your car or pull all the way around the car loop to complete the information that will need to be turned in. Once you have completed the information in your packet, we will collect it in the car loop, then you will have the opportunity to pay your fees, pick up instructional resources and pick up the device for your child if you have already requested a device.  When you check out a device you will complete the Equipment Checkout Guidelines accepting responsibility for the device.  Upon returning to our traditional school setting all devices must be returned based on district guidelines agreed upon. If you borrowed a device in quarter four or ESY and did not return it, you will not be provided a device at this time and still required to return the device borrowed because it needs to be cleaned, updated, etc. Once that process is completed then we will be able to issue you another device.

Everyone must stay in your car throughout the process and when staff is assisting you, a mask is required and our staff will wear a mask as well.

If you are unable to come in on Tuesday, August 18th during the designated windows, please call the front office at 727 774-3000 and make an appointment to come in on Wednesday August 19th.   We are providing this information now so you have time to make arrangements in order for your child to have what they need the start of the school year on August 24th.

Stay safe and well. Take care Mrs. Slusser
