Good afternoon Cotee River families, this is Mrs. Radcliffe with important information.  We are very excited for the upcoming school year.  As we prepare for the upcoming school year, our families will begin to receive important messages from us and district.  It is important that you stay connected in order to have the most up to date information as we start the 24-25 school year.

Mark your calendar for important upcoming dates and times:

  • School Hours are 9:50-4:00 (Instruction begins at 9:50)
  • Wednesday, August 7th is Meet the Teacher Day, from 10:00-3:30. All families will start off in our cafeteria.  In the cafeteria you will receive important information, pay school fees and receive your child’s teacher name.  Our school supply lists are posted on our social media sites and were emailed out through the Parent Portal.  When you attend Meet the Teacher Day, you may choose to bring in your child’s supplies.
  • Registration for new to Pasco County schools are conducted on-line.  We will have devices set up on Meet the Teacher Day, in the cafeteria. In order to complete the process you must have all required documents available for upload prior to beginning the online enrollment process: Parent/Legal Guardian Photo Identification, Official Birth Certificate, Physical Examination, FL Immunization Form, Two Proofs of Residence, Applicable Legal Documents and Copy of IEP or 504 Plan if applicable.
  • All information must be completed and kept updated in your Parent Portal.  If you do not have a Parent Portal you can do so by going to the Pasco County School District Website.  If you need assistance, please call our front office at 774-3000.
  • If you are unable to attend Meet the Teacher Day you can access your child’s teacher name and bus information (if applicable) on the myStudent Parent Portal.  Please check Friday, August 9th so you will know who your child’s teacher is for the first day of school.
