What is a School Advisory Council (SAC)?
The School Advisory Council is a means for community and parent involvement in and support of our school. SAC helps identify school needs, develop improvement plans, and support student success through collaboration among families, staff, and community members.

What Does SAC Do?
- Meet regularly to discuss school improvement
- Review needs assessment results
- Provide recommendations on school goals
- Suggest strategies to accomplish goals
- Monitor progress toward goals
- Prepare and distribute information to parents and the public
