We are aware of some users getting a 404 error while trying to access myPascoConnect. Classlink has been notified and we are working with them to resolve the issue. Other Classlink customers are experiencing the same issue that we are. According to Classlink there appears to be a networking issue at Amazon Web Services (AWS). They are in touch with the engineers at AWS and hope to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
