Here is some helpful transportation information for the first couple of days.
School starts on August 12! If you have transportation questions, the call center will be open August 12 – 14, 2019. Here are the hours and phone numbers:
6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Please arrive and be standing at the stop location 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. There may be some delays in the morning as drivers assist students with loading procedures. These morning delays will improve as students, families, and our drivers build their morning routines.
- Buses will be spending additional time at schools in the afternoon to ensure that attendance is taken and that students are boarding the correct bus. These student accountability processes will create some delays for the first two weeks of school. Your student’s safety is paramount! Your patience is appreciated.
- We work to keep all bus routes consistent for the first two weeks of school to help students and families build their transportation routine. We will not add additional stops or reroute buses during this time. We ask that you hold any requests to change your stop location until after the first two weeks of school.
